Uniform Policy

Our scholars get to wear uniforms every day for school. This helps create a community amongst our scholars.

 

You can purchase uniforms from Donald’s Uniforms. You can place orders at Donald’s website www.donaldsuniform.com or you can visit one of Donald’s two locations:

Required uniform items that students are expected to wear every day:

 

Polo Shirts: 
    • Primary (PreK thru 1st Grade): Gray Polo
      • Families that are unable to purchase a polo with a Prodeo logo due to financial constraints may purchase a plain gray option on Amazon or any clothing outfitter. 
    • Elementary (2nd thru. 4th Grade on our St. Paul Campus and 2nd thru. 5th on our Columbia Heights Campus): Maroon Polo
      • Families that are unable to purchase a polo with a Prodeo logo due to financial constraints may purchase a plain maroon option on Amazon or any clothing outfitter. 
    • Middle (5th thru. 7th Grade on our St. Paul Campus and 6th thru. 8th on our Columbia Heights Campus): Navy Polo
      • Families unable to purchase a polo with a Prodeo logo due to financial constraints may purchase a plain navy option on Amazon or any clothing outfitter. 

 

Prodeo Logo Crewneck Sweatshirt:

    • Primary (PreK - 1st): Gray Crewneck with Prodeo logo
    • Elementary (2nd thru 4th Grade on our St. Paul Campus and 2nd thru 5th on our Columbia Heights Campus): Maroon Crewneck with Prodeo logo
    • Middle (5th - 8th): Navy Crewneck with Prodeo logo
  • We are happy to offer uniform-approved crewneck sweatshirts for purchase.
  • To help with delivery, please put your child's name in the purchase notes when confirming the purchase. 
  • Sweatshirts will be delivered to your child's backpack and sent home. 
  • Orders may take up to 30 days to fulfill. 
  • Once the order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to you to let you know the sweatshirt will be in your child's backpack to bring home that week.

Pants:

    • All scholars are allowed to wear pants or knee-length shorts/skirts/skorts
    • Bottoms should be solid colors in navy, black, or khaki
    • Primary and Elementary scholars (PreK - 4th Grade) may also wear plaid jumpers from Donald's Uniforms.
    • Jeans are not allowed.

 

Shoes:

    • All Prodeo scholars may wear any color shoes as long as they are close-toed running shoes.  Scholars must be able to participate in gym and recess.
    • Please note: if shoes become a distraction from learning and school culture for any reason, scholars may be asked to no longer wear that pair of shoes to school.

 

All scholars are expected to observe the uniform policy on a daily basis - we have a limited number of “loaner” uniforms that may be provided to scholars not in uniform.
