Board of Directors

Our board of directors is deeply committed to the mission of Prodeo Academy. In addition to their passion for education, they bring a wide range of experience in the areas of finance, human resources, law, consulting, development, governance, and community relations. No member of the school board has been promised or received any form of compensation or gifts from Prodeo Academy's accounting firm. No board member, employee, or agent of Prodeo Academy's accounting firm (or any of that firm's affiliates) serve on Prodeo's board of directors.

Board Meetings


During the 2025-2026 school year, the Board of Directors will meet on:

  • Monday, August 18, 2025
    5:30 - 7:30 pm
  • Monday, October 20, 2025
    5:30-7:30 pm
  • Tuesday, January 20, 2026
    5:30 - 7:30 pm
  • Monday, March 23, 2026
    5:30 - 7:30 pm
  • Thursday, June 18, 2026
    2:00 - 5:00 pm 


All meetings are open to the public and are conducted on the Columbia Heights Campus, 4141 University Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421.

Our executive committee meets on the third Friday of each month (August through June) from 9:00 - 10:00 am, with the following exceptions in the 2025-26 year: the October meeting will be held on Wednesday, 10/15/2025; the June meeting will be held on Monday, 6/15/2026.

 


Our governance committee meets on the second Tuesday of every other month (August, October, December, February, April, and June) from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. 

Our finance committee meets on the third Friday of each month (August through June) from 8:00 - 9:00 am, with the following exceptions in the 2025-26 year: the October meeting will be held on Wednesday, 10/15/2025; the June meeting will be held on Monday, 6/15/2026.

Our academic committee meetings for the 2025-26 school year will occur from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm on the following dates: 8/11/2025, 10/13/2025, 1/12/2026, 3/16/2026, 6/8/2025.
