Fall Registration Family Guide

 

Prodeo Academy is excited to welcome you back for the 2022-2023 school year, please review these steps for Fall Registration! If you have questions about this process or enrollment, please contact the Enrollment and Family Partnership Team. Email: [email protected] call or text: 651-583-5614


Step 1: Log in to your SchoolMint account 

To complete your student’s fall registration for the 2022-2023 school year go to https://prodeoacademy.schoolmint.net/ and login to your account 


If you do not know your password, simply click “forgot password” and follow the steps or contact the enrollment team to gain access to your account.

Step 2: Share your plans for next school year 

After you log in, your dashboard will appear. Select one of your scholars and answer the question, “Will [student name] be returning next school year? If you have multiple scholars you must answer this question for each of them.

Step 3: Update Student information

After you answer the question update the following information; 

  • Parent/Guardian information
  • Student Information
  • Emergency Contact information

 

If you have multiple scholars you must update each scholar file. 

 

After you have updated this information your scholar’s Fall Registration is complete and you will receive a notification email or text upon completion!

If you have multiple scholars attending Prodeo Academy follow these steps: 

  1. Login to your SchoolMint account
  2. Once logged on a list of all your students will appear on your dashboard 
  3. Click either “returning or not returning” on one of your student's profiles on the dashboard
  4. Then click Re-enroll. This will bring you to your Re-enrollment Packet. Once completed, your status will be updated to Re-enrollment Completed. 
  5. Return to your dashboard and repeat these steps for each student
