Our board of directors is deeply committed to the mission of Prodeo Academy. In addition to their passion for education, they bring a wide range of experience in the areas of finance, human resources, law, consulting, development, governance, and community relations.

Board Meetings

During the 2023-2024 school year, the Board of Directors will meet on:

Monday, August 21, 2023 - 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Monday, October 16, 2023 - 12:30 - 2:30 pm **
Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Monday, March 18, 2024 - 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Tuesday, June 18, 2024 - 2:00 - 5:00 pm

All meetings are open to the public and are conducted on the Columbia Heights Campus 4141 University Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421. The 2023-2024 meetings can also be attended via Zoom at this link. NOTE**: The October 2023 meeting will be conducted at the St. Paul campus - 170 Rose Ave. W., 55117.

Our executive committee meets on the second Friday of each month (August through June) from 9:00 - 10:00 am. NOTE: There will be an additional meeting of the Executive Committee on Wednesday, September 20, at 1:00 pm. ADDITIONAL NOTE: the October meeting of the Executive Committee will take place at 8:00 am on 10/13, rather than 9:00 am.

Our governance committee meets on the second Tuesday of every other month (August, October, December, February, April, and June) from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

Our finance committee meets on the second Friday of each month (August through June) from 8:00 - 9:00 am. NOTE: The October 2023 meeting will be conducted at 9:00 am on 10/13, rather than 8:00 am that day.

Our academic committee meetings for the 2023-2024 school have will occur from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm on the following dates: 8/7/2023; 10/2/2023; 1/2/2024; 3/4/2024; 6/3/2024.
